If you are interested in participating with the redevelopment of the former Lec Site we would like to hear from you. Whilst we are concentrating on the Retained Land element of the site (which is the northern 2.5 acres that SDLL will retain) we are happy to pass on details to the Sainsbury's team for them to consider.

Asbestos Removal, Demolition and Remediation
The operations that relate to the asbestos removal, demolition and remediation of the whole site have already been tendered for. If you are a subcontractor in this field then we can put you in touch with the main contractors.
