Regeneration Benefits

The regeneration of the former Lec site has provided Bognor Regis with inward investment of £50 million and employment of 400 new full and part time jobs from the Sainsbury's store.

Sainsbury's had been looking for a viable opportunity to return to the town for over a year and considered several sites. The Former Lec Site was identified as providing the best opportunity for them to succeed.
